One founding clinic opening

One clinic. Fourteen days. $299 total.

Put ClinicGreet on one real missed-call or after-hours workflow and judge it on what your team receives. The normal $499 Capture setup fee is waived. If you continue, the $299 pilot payment becomes your first month. If you do not, the pilot ends—no long-term contract.

Enrollment follows a short workflow check and paid invoice. The pilot is for business front-desk use only; never send patient information by email.

The full offer

A smaller decision than another hire.

This is not a stripped-down demo. It is a bounded production pilot around the calls your team is most likely to miss, with the scope made explicit before payment.

What is included

One front-desk leak, closed end to end.

  • One supported phone route. Use a clinic number or a supported forwarding path for missed calls, overflow, or after-hours coverage.
  • One clinic-approved knowledge set. Hours, location, services, published pricing, policies, FAQs, and language your team approves before launch.
  • Administrative intake. ClinicGreet captures what the caller wants, preferred timing, and the next non-clinical step without inventing medical answers.
  • One structured staff handoff. A concise request your team can act on; the delivery method is confirmed during scoping.
  • Launch testing and a day-14 review. We test the approved flow before live calls and review what was answered, captured, escalated, and handed off.

Target launch: two business days after the clinic approves its knowledge set and call-routing plan, assuming the phone route is supported and no custom integration is required.

Clear boundaries

What the founding pilot does not quietly promise.

Scope creep is where fast pilots become bad products. These items are not included by default and never appear as fake demo claims.

From yes to live

Three bounded steps.

  1. 20-minute scope check

Confirm the call path, approved answers, handoff, privacy boundary, and whether the two-business-day target is realistic.

  2. Approve and pay $299

We send the exact scope and invoice. Build starts only after the scope is approved and the invoice is paid.

  3. Test, launch, review

Your team approves the configured flow before live routing, then reviews results at the end of day 14.

Founding-pilot questions

What exactly does the $299 include?

Fourteen days on one clinic number or supported forwarding path, one clinic-approved knowledge set, one missed-call or after-hours workflow, and one structured staff-handoff path. The normal $499 Capture setup fee is waived for the founding clinic.

What happens after day 14?

If you continue on Capture, the $299 pilot payment becomes your first month and the normal $499 setup fee remains waived. If you do not continue, the pilot ends without a long-term contract.

Can it text, book directly, or take deposits?

Not by default. The founding pilot covers phone answering, clinic-approved administrative answers, intake, and a staff callback or booking-link handoff. SMS, direct calendar booking, deposits, payments, and unusual integrations require separate scoping, supported systems, and any required authorizations.

How fast can it launch?

The target is two business days after you approve the knowledge set and call-routing plan, provided the route is supported and no custom integration is required. Exact timing is confirmed before you pay.
