What we collect

If you submit a project brief, we store the business name, contact name, email, website, selected design, business type, project description, and receipt timestamp so we can respond and prepare a scope. We do not take payment through this form. Do not send passwords, payment details, health data, or other sensitive records.

Website operations and analytics

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes normal connection information such as IP addresses and browser headers to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance without advertising cookies. We do not use advertising pixels or store a browser identifier in local storage.

Form fields are sent only when you submit a brief, to our same-origin intake endpoint. Design choices in the studio change the example locally and in the page URL. The fictional sample websites do not send an inquiry, book an appointment, or collect a payment.

Project briefs and email

Briefs are stored in private Cloudflare storage for up to 90 days and reviewed by our business workflow. A short-lived, hashed network key helps limit automated abuse and expires within two hours. We use them to answer your request, prepare concepts and scope, and deliver agreed work. If a submission fails, the site offers an email draft as a fallback; it is not sent unless you send it from your email app. Project communication uses our existing hello@clinicgreet.com mailbox, provided through Google Workspace.

One-to-one outreach link measurement

Some business emails contain a unique first-party go.clinicgreet.com redirect linked to the recipient and campaign. It records link requests to help distinguish probable browser visits from automated security scans. It does not prove that the named recipient personally visited. Earlier untracked links cannot be measured retroactively. We do not use email-open pixels or advertising trackers.

Retention, access, and choices

We keep inquiries while evaluating or delivering the requested work and retain necessary business records. You can ask us to correct or delete an inquiry by emailing hello@clinicgreet.com. Opt-out records may be kept to ensure we do not contact you again. We do not sell your project briefs or personal information.

Access to customer systems

If you approve a launch, we ask for the minimum provider access needed. Grant a limited collaborator invitation through your host or registrar when possible. Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, or private customer records through this site or email.
